Intro to Practitioner Training: Level 1
This is targeted to:
1) People who have coaching businesses of their own and are curious to see if Mindset sessions are a good fit.
2) People who may want to work for The Mindset Team as specialists
3) People who are curious to know more but have no intention of being coaches or practitioners.
4) Each new trainee must have had at least 24 sessions.
It is an affordable price point so people can attend without much risk.
Topics include:
-Basics of Self Care while Working with Clients
-GBPR & Business Practices for International Client Model
-Background theory and statements for 10 sessions
-Online access to these 10 sessions for duration of training and while in good standings with The Mindset Team
-10 Live Weekly Classes, 1 hour each via Zoom
Start: End of November or December 2024. Day of the week and time to be determined once we have a student list.
Cost:
£1,000
£100 deposit is required up front. The remaining £900 will be billed at £450 per month.

Includes 24 sessions taught over 12 weeks.
Advanced Self Care while Working with Clients
Detailed discussions around business models to find the right fit for you
Background theory and statements for 24 additional sessions
Online access to sessions covered in training for duration of training or employment
24 Live Weekly Classes, 1 hour each via Zoom

At the end, students will have two options:
1) Graduates may work for themselves under our membership program.
2) Graduates may work with us as Level 1 Practitioners.

Mindset Team Practitioner Training Level 2,3,4 etc:
Available only to in house practitioners and at a discounted rate. Each level includes 24 sessions taught over 12 weeks. This ends up being ongoing and mostly year round. Ongoing trainins is essential to being the best specialist possible.
In House / External Practitioner Details
In House Specialist Training Program
When a student chooses to work with The Mindset Team as a practitioner, discounted ongoing practical training is required. Ongoing client consultation included. Vikki will listen to calls with you to provide real-time assessment support during the assessment phase of calls. The Mindset Team provides your office presence, international phone numbers, an email address, an account on our Client Relationship Management platform, updated sessions and news, discounts on all retreats and events, as well as many other perks.
Attending practitioner training does not guarantee clients. Training is not a guarantee of employment.
Membership for External Practitioners
Students who graduate from Level 1 who choose to incorporate Mindset sessions into their own work pay a monthly fee on a sliding scale determined by the number of clients. Practitioner members are limited to learning the 34 sessions included in Practitioner Training Levels 1 & 2. If your clients should need sessions beyond the 34 topics, we have a partnership program where you can buy blocks of discounted advanced sessions for your clients. You still handle all their billing and accounts. With this arrangement, we are your contract employees.

Monthly consultation with Vikki for guidance on your clients.
Discounted intake sessions which include both you and your client for insight.
Session journals at wholesale cost.
Cards On the Go option
A seat on our Client Relationship Management platform for tracking client progress.
Online access to sessions
£300 per month for 1-5 clients
+£100 per month for 5-10
+£100 per month 11-15 etc. . .
